At Eurocom Technical Services Limited (ETS) founded in 1992 we are aware of the ever changing working environment and regulations and offer commissioning and testing, cleaning and pressure testing of ductwork, the chlorination and chemical cleaning of pipework and water systems and the publishing of operating and maintenance manuals.

 

ETS specialises in all aspects of heating, chilled water, ventilation and air conditioning services for new build or refurbishment. Whilst ever being mindful of environmental issues.

 

In addition, site surveys and troubleshooting can be undertaken, including acoustic and environmental testing.

All our operatives are fully trained and up to date with the latest current legislation and specifications of all the above works.

Eurocom Technical Services are able to provide:

• Full remedial works

Ductwork leakage testing is carried out in accordance with the latest specifications and standards.

Chemical Cleaning

 

Eurocom Technical Services are fully equipped to offer a wide range of products and services which include:

• Tank cleaning and chlorination
• Chemical and pre-commissioning cleaning
• Bacteriological and Legionella analysis
• Addition & monitoring of inhibitors of LPHW and chilled water systems

Operating & Maintenance Manuals

 

We can produce either traditional paper based manuals or fully interactive electronic documentation.

 

The manuals are written specifically to suit your requirements, with a draft format issue to allow you or the consultant to comment and approve prior to final issue. We can, if required, convert existing traditional paper based manuals to the electronic type, whether they were written by ourselves or somebody else. Eurocom Technical Services Limited, offers a complete design, commissioning and commissioning management facility to the building services industry.

 

Fees can be arranged on a total cost basis against the design drawings, or alternatively on an hourly or daily basis.
